Digital Detox
In today’s world technology has a big impact on our lives. Some of us wake up and the first thing we do is grab our phones, it's also the last thing we use at the end of the night. Thats not even including the time that we use technology throughout the daily. I have an iphone and I receive weekly stat checks on my screen time use, it’s a lot of invested time. This is why I say Digital Detox is very important.
Digital detox can be very important for many different reasons. I’ll use myself for example. A lot of time the amount of time I’m putting into technology is for entertainment purposes. Majority of my time that I put into technology it is irrelevant. Taking this Detox can allow me to use that time into other things. Things that can be beneficial to the growth of my life. Spending time with people in my life, making connections, and building relationships. Doing this can reduce a lot of stress and anxiety in my life. Doing so can make my life’s experiences a lot healthier.
