Final Reflection

One thing that was relevant to me from the Rheingold reading was the part about what you get out of Participatory Culture. I think this is very relevant considering that we are using these online services a lot. Understanding the purposes around it is very beneficial, because we can give and we can take from it.

Throughout this course I’ve learned a lot. The one thing that I enjoy doing and that I’ll take away a lot from is the final digital project. I’m doing my project on internet safety. Doing my research and getting the deeper understanding of it will be very beneficial for my life. I can also share the knowledge that I gain from this and pass it on. The fact that the internet isn’t going anywhere I think that this is very helpful. After the course ends I just plan to further my knowledge as technology develops. Personally I believe that the best way to build and refine my personal literacy.
